Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SAP systems and environment, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Basis, as well as monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain multiple SAP instances (sandbox, development, test, and production)
2. Manage SAP TMS to ensure configuration and development objects are promoted properly
3. Design and implement optimal SAP configuration to maximise system performance and availability
4. Distribute online SAP user workload and monitor and manage SAP background job workload
5. Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies
6. Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.)
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in SAP BASIS Administration
* Experience in SAP S/4 HANA, Business Information Warehouse (BW4HANA), Business Intelligence (BI) etc.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related area of study, or equivalent experience
* Release Management experience including CHARM
* Hands-on Support experience in a busy environment
* SAP on Cloud Experience managing any of SAP HANA, ERP, Portal, BW, PI/PO, GRC, Gateway/Fiori, Solution Manager and SLD systems
* SAP ABAP & JAVA system installation & administration
* SAP client copies and system refreshes
* Knowledge of SAP RFC Configurations and PO Integration
