As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution and providing an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation, setup, and service of food and beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food service and kitchen areas.
* Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards (HACCP).
* Support chefs and senior catering staff as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the event.
* Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in catering, kitchen, or food service is desirable.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in busy situations.
* Presentable, punctual, and dependable.
* Manual Handling or HACCP certification (can be facilitated if necessary).
