Job title:Quality Coordinator Location: Drogheda Contract: Full-time, permanent Package: Competitive salary (DOE) + vehicle/allowance + expenses & benefits The Role We are seeking a motivated Quality Coordinator to join a well established residential contractor for a site in Drogheda. This is a site-based role focused on quality assurance, inspections, documentation, and BCAR compliance, working closely with Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and the wider project team to ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Inspections: Carry out regular site inspections to ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and building regulations. Monitor workmanship standards Compliance: Support full BCAR compliance across projects, including inspection plans, certificates, and quality records. Document Support: Maintain quality assurance documentation, inspection checklists, snag logs, and compliance records. Sub-contractor Coordination: Work closely with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors to communicate quality requirements. Reporting & Improvement: Report quality performance, recurring issues, and trends to the project team. About You Previous experience in a quality role, preferably on a residential site Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and residential construction processes.
