Are you a Welder or Fabricator looking to build your skills in a supportive, well-structured manufacturing environment?

Key responsibilities:
* Working as part of a skilled production team fabricating metal components.
* Carrying out MIG welding and basic TIG welding tasks.
* Reading and working from engineering drawings and instructions.
* Preparing materials and finishing components using hand tools and grinders.
* Checking your own work and maintaining high quality standards.
* Working in a clean, safe, and organised environment.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
* At least 1 years' experience in welding or fabrication.
* Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding.
* Ability to follow drawings and work instructions.
* A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
* Welding certification or formal training
* Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
