Job Description
The Office of Public Works (OPW) is holding an open competition for appointment to the position of Stores and Office Supervisor in National Historic Properties, covering Castletown House and Demesne and Donaghcumper House, Co Kildare. This position will be based in Castletown House, Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The successful candidate will be required to undertake the duties of the role in respect of Castletown House and Donaghcumper House, with occasional attendance at Farmleigh House when required. Competition Reference 2025/072.
Essential Eligibility Requirements
* At least 2 years proven experience and/or qualification in human resources administration, payroll, stores administration, financial administration and management of payments, accounts and records management, supported by usage of relevant computer applications.
* Proficient in using a number of computer applications (e.g., Payroll, Word, Excel, Databases).
* High level of numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
* Hold a full, clean and current manual driving licence, category B & W.
* Note: (1) If your Irish driving licence is restricted to automatic transmission, you are not eligible. (2) UK/NI licence holders resident in Ireland must exchange to an Irish licence. Further information available at www.ndls.ie.
