The Private Equity Investor Services Senior Analyst role is a vital position within the organization. This individual will be responsible for interacting with all levels of professionals both internally and externally.
This position requires serving as an operational contact for a number of PE clients, creating new investors and maintaining the investor register, preparing and reviewing capital call and distribution notices, and meeting client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a third-level qualification in Finance or Business and at least 2 years' experience in Transfer Agency. A genuine interest in working within fund operations or fund administration industry is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines, strong oral and written communication skills, and fluency in English Language (both verbal and written).
Key Responsibilities:
* Serving as a primary point of contact for multiple PE clients
* Responding to Fund and Investor queries in a timely manner
* Developing and maintaining accurate investor registers
* Preparing and reviewing critical financial documents
* Producing and analysing capital account statements
* Meeting all reporting deadlines
* Supporting audit preparation when required
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with the accounting team on daily tasks
* Adhering to departmental procedures and service standards
* Delivering high-quality reports
* Processing payments to investors and verifying incoming funds
* Identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to positive change
* Mentoring and training colleagues where necessary
* Maintaining effective relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders
* Carrying out duties assigned under the Company's Safety Statement to ensure Health, Safety and Well Being for all employees
* Working on various projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
