Channel Manager, UK/IBased out of: UK or IrelandReporting to: Channel Director, Northern Europe.Company overviewTXOne Networks provides OT-focused cybersecurity solutions specifically designed to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) from cyberattacks. We collaborate with top manufacturers and infrastructure operators to develop practical defense strategies that eliminate security vulnerabilities in industrial settings. ICS are complex ecosystems where legacy and next-generation devices work together to keep highly automated production processes moving.However, this complex infrastructure is easily exploitable. ICS vulnerabilities are being attacked in ever-increasing numbers, and cyber-attacks are spreading rapidly, disrupting production, damaging assets, and putting lives at risk. TXOne Networks provides solutions to secure environments at both the endpoint and network level to protect operations against known and unknown threats.About this roleBe part of a fast-moving, collaborative channel team that's shaping partner strategy and driving impactful programs across the region In this role, you'll play a key part in building and strengthening our partner network in the UK and Ireland, helping us unlock new opportunities and accelerate growth.You'll work closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, technical pre-sales, and training/enablement, creating a seamless partner experience and a fully connected channel ecosystem. If you enjoy working across functions and want to make a real difference in how we engage and grow with partners, this role puts you right at the center of the action.Key responsibilitiesAs Channel Manager, you'll be at the heart of expanding TXOne's partner ecosystem in the UK and Ireland. Your mission is to strengthen relationships, drive channel-led growth, and ensure partners are fully enabled to bring TXOne's OT cybersecurity solutions to market.In this role, you willDevelop and implement the overall channel strategy for the UK and IrelandWork closely with field sales to align the right partners with customer opportunities, identify incremental business, and support active sales pursuitsBuild and execute go-to-market strategies with a portfolio of strategic partnersCreate business plans with partners and ensure their successful executionLead and grow TXOne's channel programs, ensuring partners are engaged and motivatedCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, pre-sales, and training/enablement teams to deliver impactful programs such as joint campaigns, certifications, and training initiativesIf you're passionate about driving channel growth and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role puts you right at the center of our European partner strategy.Job requirementsMinimum of 5 years' experience in a partner-centric sales environment (channel manager experience preferred, but account manager or distribution experience will also be considered if you demonstrate the right values and mindset)Strong background in the cybersecurity or networking industryFluent in EnglishKey values: ownership, self-starter, and customer/partner obsessionA true team player who thrives in high-growth environmentsProficient in designing and executing channel strategies, with personal accountabilityTravel: ~30% across the UK and IrelandPreferred start date January 2026.Package**OTE: between +/- €120,000 - €160,000(split 60:40)Work from home allowanceCar allowancePrivate Medical InsuranceLife Assurance100% Remote WorkFlexible working schedule.** Transparency is one of our core values, so we choose to disclose the full salary range to our applicants.
