Grill Chef / Grill Cook – Culinary & Co.

Location: Dublin 12

Company: Culinary & Co.

Culinary & Co. is a growing multi-brand ghost kitchen based in Dublin 12, operating delivery-focused food concepts including Brunch Box (sandwiches, bowls, salads) and SMASHD (smash burgers). We are now looking for an experienced Grill Chef / Grill Cook to take responsibility for the grill station during service.

This is a hands-on cooking role, focused on speed, consistency, and cleanliness — not a senior chef or menu-development position.

The Role

As Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all grill-based items required across Brunch Box and SMASHD, ensuring high quality and fast order fulfilment during service.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate the grill station during service (flat-top, grill, burger station).
* Cook and prepare proteins, burger patties, grilled vegetables, and hot sandwich components.
* Execute orders accurately and efficiently for delivery and collection.
* Follow established recipes, portion controls, and SOPs.
* Coordinate with prep and assembly stations to maintain service flow.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and HACCP-compliant workstation at all times.
* Assist with daily prep and end-of-shift cleaning procedures.
* Report any equipment or food safety issues promptly.

Who We're Looking For

* 2+ years' experience working on a grill station in a restaurant, takeaway, or fast-casual kitchen.
* Comfortable cooking burgers, grilled meats, and hot sandwich components.
* Experience working in busy, service-driven kitchens (delivery or takeaway experience is an advantage).
* Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
* Team-focused with a practical, no-nonsense approach.

Important: This is not a head chef or management role. We are looking for a strong grill operator who enjoys service and consistency.

Working Hours

* Kitchen operating hours are typically between 10:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
* Shifts may be scheduled during daytime and/or evening service, depending on availability.
* Weekend and late-evening shifts may be required as the business grows.
* Shift patterns will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Requirements

* Must currently live in Ireland.
* Legal right to work in Ireland.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
