Product Manager (Operations) Location Cork (Hybrid) Salary: 75-80K The Role This is a senior operational product role supporting a high growth computer vision and AI organisation. You will build scalable operational frameworks, streamline cross functional delivery, and drive operational excellence across product, engineering, and research teams. The focus is on maturing processes, enabling data driven decision making, and ensuring high performance delivery across distributed teams. This is a strategic role that shapes how products are planned, delivered, and scaled. Key Responsibilities * Build scalable operational frameworks that align with the full product lifecycle * Support product, project and engineering teams with process design, roadmap planning and release execution * Lead cross functional programs across engineering, product, research and operations to ensure timely high quality delivery * Use analytics and reporting tools to create data driven insights on adoption, delivery and engineering performance * Track and manage KPIs for delivery health, customer usage and operational effectiveness * Drive adoption of improved tools, automation and processes * Support change management and organisational alignment as the company scales * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across product, engineering, research and customer delivery functions Requirements * 10 plus years in technical or software development environments with at least 5 years in product or engineering operations * 3 plus years people management experience * Strong operational strategy and systems thinking capability * Proven experience working with distributed engineering and product teams * Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills * Strong organisational skills with the ability to work through ambiguity * Background working in cloud, edge computing or SaaS environments * PMI ACP Agile Certified and strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices * Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline Tech Environment Confluence Jira Salesforce MongoDB Databricks Power BI Microsoft Teams Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
