Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Executive. This is a full-time, permanent role with core hours of 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
This position offers a broad scope of responsibilities across human resources administration, compliance, employee relations, and health & safety.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally within healthcare or social care, and knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support compliance audits and ensure HR records and processes meet regulatory standards
* Coordinate and maintain employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and visa paperwork
* Assist with disciplinary procedures and performance management processes
* Act as a health and safety representative, managing accident reports, sick leave, and safety training coordination
* Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and training programmes
* Organise and deliver internal training, maintaining accurate training and compliance records
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar HR role, ideally within healthcare or social care
* Knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
* Highly organised with strong planning and communication skills
* Genuinely interested in HR and eager to develop within the profession
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider HR team
