Human Resource Business Partner Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our fast-paced HR department within the Security Solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for line managers on HR-related matters.
* Act as the subject matter expert in all employee relations issues.
* Manage a high volume of employee relations cases from initiation to resolution.
* Drive and support the implementation of HR initiatives and best practices.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
* Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Strong confidence in HR knowledge with the ability to challenge or push back when necessary.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Manager or similar role.
Job Description
This is a 12-week contract position with an immediate start date. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin 12 and will work in a hybrid environment.
Contract Details
The salary for this position is €45,000.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
