IT Operations Engineer - Multicloud contract role (12+ months)

Are you an experienced IT Operations or Systems Engineer looking to step into a more infrastructure-focused role? This is a great opportunity to move beyond traditional support and work across cloud, systems, and reliability engineering.
A fast-growing data company is scaling its global platform across AWS and Azure, supporting large enterprise clients. As a Technology Operations Engineer, you’ll act as a key link between Helpdesk, users, and Systems/SRE teams, helping ensure performance, reliability, and security across the environment.
You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, system administration, and cloud infrastructure, with the chance to grow into SRE-focused work over time.

You will:
Act as liaison between Helpdesk, users, and engineering teams
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and endpoint operations
Support security controls (email security, vulnerabilities, ISO 27001)
Skills/Experience:
Experience in IT Operations / Systems Administration (5+ years ideal)
Exposure to AWS and/or Azure
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Nice to haves
Certifications in Cloud practioning / Security / ISO compliance standards
Day Rate
