Experienceofcontractsandadministrationofsame. Experienceinon-siteinspectionsandconstructionqualityreviews. Ambitious, self-motivated with excellent communication, organisation, and presentationskills. Previoussuccessleadingandmanagingprojectsfromstarttofinish. Excellentcommunication,presentation,andclientliaisonskills. FullproficiencyinAutoCAD/RevitandMicrosoftOfficeSuiteisessential. Fullproficiencyinphotoshop,Lumionorothermodelling/3Dsoftwaredesirable. Full clean driving license. KEY DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role will be that of an Architect or the tasks commensurate to those as set out in the RIAI Agreement for Professional Services or most recent circular to include but not specifically related to the following responsibilities: Assist/assesstheclientbriefandprojectgoalstodevelopclientsrequirements. Preliminarydesignsketchesincorporatingthespecificclientsneedsandbudget. Preparedevelopeddesignandpreparestatutoryconsentapplications/exempteddeclarations as necessary. Managing another team member or work as part of a team. Reviewallworkwithregardstocurrentbuildingregulationsandplanningand development act. Preparedetaileddesignandconstructiondetailpackagesfortendering. Adviseclientsofvariouscontractsavailableandpreparesame. PreparationofInspectionPlanandimplementationofsame. Preparationofvaluationandsiteinspectionreportsfollowingvisits. Advisewhereremedialworksarerequiredfollowingsitevisitandinspectsameon completion.
