Responsibilities: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are set properly and that all guests are seated comfortably Respond promptly to customer inquiries, needs and complaints, resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, such as coffee and tea Maintain a good working knowledge of all menu items, promotions and events, and be able to effectively communicate this information to guests Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and organized at all times Other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.
