Our client is an Irish-owned leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy and are recognised as experts in their field, with a name for being able to anticipate and successfully resolve their client's problems.
With offices across Ireland, the UK and the Middle East, they cover sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Medical and Data Centres to name a few.
The Role:
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to secure a Bid Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the entire bidding process and delivering effective proposals, for both Public and some Private Tenders, while adhering to budgetary and time constraints.
You will play a critical role in the 'bid/no bid' decision-making process while coordinating bid activities, managing timelines, and ensuring that all necessary resources and input from internal and external teams are effectively coordinated. Your ability to deliver compelling, client-focused proposals and meet tight deadlines will be key to success in this position.
Requirements:
* Third Level Qualification highly beneficial
* 5+ Years in Bid Coordination/Management position required
* Experience in platforms such as eTenders needed
* Must have a track-record in working on Bids from planning through to hand-over
* Previous exposure to meeting challenging timelines
* Should be highly diligent, organised and able to manage multiple internal stakeholders
* Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
