Every member of this team has been promoted since joining — a clear reflection of the company’s commitment to professional growth.As a Junior Planner, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining daily production schedules, managing material control plans, updating work orders, and supporting reporting activities that keep manufacturing running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update daily material control plans and work ordersExtract, analyse, and present data from Oracle ERP and Power BI dashboardsSupport the Planning Manager by running reports and providing updates for the Senior Leadership TeamResolve planning and order issues, ensuring production targets are metCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address NCRs and keep product movement on trackRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is desiredIf you do not meet the education requirement, you may be considered with two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain management1–3 years’ experience in a planning or materials control role, ideally within Medical Devices or PharmaceuticalsStrong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Power BI (utilisation), and Oracle ERP (preferred)Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Medical Device experience highly desired)Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with planners, supervisors, and cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to apply general knowledge to understand business processes and identify solutionsCalm, proactive, and organized approach in a high-energy, constantly changing supply chain environmentPositive, can-do attitude with a genuine drive to succeed and contribute to team successWhy Join?You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing planning team in a company that values growth and development.
