Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite per Week)

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional squad delivering AI solutions. This is a dynamic contract role ideal for someone with a strong background in Agile delivery and project governance, capable of driving collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
* Champion Agile values and best practices across the team
* Proactively remove blockers to support team productivity
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
* Shield the team from external distractions and maintain focus on sprint goals
* Encourage collaboration across teams and with the Product Owner
Project Management:
* Oversee cost management, time tracking, and financial reporting in line with PMO and Finance requirements
* Report on delivery progress using Agile metrics (burn-downs, burn-ups, backlogs)
* Forecast spend, releases, and team velocity to inform planning
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain the risk log (ACRI)
Product Owner Support:
* Facilitate backlog grooming and refinement aligned with the product vision
* Promote a shared understanding of backlog items between business and technical stakeholders
* Assist in shaping the product roadmap and defining MVPs
* Requirements
* Proven experience in Agile project delivery as a Scrum Master and/or Agile PM
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and business acumen
* Familiarity with AI, data, or technology-led projects is advantageous
