IT Support Specialist
Job Description
This role provides IT support to users across various locations. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless system operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and deploy systems for Windows and MacOS endpoints and peripherals
2. Provide end-user support for on-site and remote employees, including application and hardware troubleshooting
3. Diagnose and resolve system hardware, software, and operator problems
4. Assist staff with computer setup, repair, and ongoing usability within established standards
5. Participate in change control process and annual audits to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Desktop Support or System Administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/MacOS desktop environment
* Working knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell Scripting, SCCM, and ITSM tools
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
