This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and providing a visible security presence. The position also includes manual handling tasks.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support evening team members to ensure the store runs efficiently.Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints professionally.Maintain security within the store — deter theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.Handle cash and close tills.Replenish stock and ensure shelves and displays are well presented.Packing out of stock and deliveries.
