Commercial Analysis – Aircraft Leasing | Dublin - 12 months' Contract
An international aircraft leasing company with a global portfolio is seeking a AVP/ VP Commercial Analysis to join its Financial & Commercial Analysis (FCA) team based in Dublin. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a strategic and analytical role working closely with the deal, trading, and finance teams on pricing, structuring, and financial modelling for new deliveries, sale-and-leasebacks, and trading transactions. You'll play a key part in driving commercial decision-making and ensuring transactions are optimally structured and accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pricing and structuring for new aircraft deliveries, SLB, and trading deals.
* Develop, enhance, and maintain complex financial models to assess transaction economics.
* Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and deal teams.
* Partner cross-functionally with finance, risk, and legal teams to ensure efficient deal execution.
* Deliver financial and market analysis to support management and investor decision-making.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or asset management.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
* Commercial acumen and ability to evaluate complex transaction structures.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; CFA/ACA/ACCA advantageous.
