Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our Onboarding Journeys team. As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Stripe’s onboarding experience.
* Be responsible for defining and executing the team's strategy to deliver polished, user-centric features and interfaces.
* Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-team partners to build and refine the team's roadmap.
* Foster a culture of high agency, fast execution, and psychological safety within the team.
* Develop day-to-day processes that set the team up for success in planning and execution.
* Mentor engineers to achieve their best work yet through regular coaching sessions.
