This role is split between physical product packing/dispatching and general administrative support, including monitoring and responding to customer emails. You'll play a key part in both our fulfilment process and day-to-day customer communications.Key Responsibilities:Packing & Fulfilment Duties:Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatchEnsure all parcels are packed to a high standard and in line with brand presentation guidelinesLabel, sort, and organise outgoing deliveries using couriers or postal systemsAssist with receiving and checking incoming stock deliveriesMaintain a clean, organised packing/warehouse areaAdministrative & Customer Support Duties:Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional mannerProcess returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy with approval from head of retailSupport with order tracking and customer inquiriesProvide general support to other team members as required
