We’re hiring for an Enterprise Account Executive, DACH (Enterprise Central Sales Team).Tasks in the roleResponsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.Work closely with the Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify prospects, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including longer and complex sales with multiple stakeholders.Handle Legal, Finance, and IT requirements.Maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and find new opportunities for existing and prospective clients.Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with relevant teams.Strengthen relationships with existing customers by understanding their business needs and offering additional Semrush solutions.Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, outreach, and follow-up activities.Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the Semrush suite.Provide a value-based selling experience, leveraging automation and customer insights.Forecast sales and retention targets accurately.Contribute feedback and insights to improve lead generation and sales strategies.Travel is optional but not required.Who we are looking forRequired:Proven 3+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or similar roles.Fluent in English and German and/or French.Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.Strong communication and relationship skills.Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO (preferred but not mandatory).Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.Nice to have:Experience selling to large enterprises in retail, finance, SaaS, or marketing agencies ($500m+ revenue).Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.Enthusiasm for fast-paced, evolving environments.Core values alignment:Trust: Be authentic and open.Ownership: Take responsibility and initiative.Adaptability: Embrace constant change and improvement.Work environment and benefitsFlexible hours and unlimited PTO.Flexible benefits for hobbies.Employee support and family aid programs.Resource groups, office snacks, and team events.Training, courses, and conferences.About SemrushSemrush is a leading SaaS platform for online visibility management, helping businesses with SEO, PPC, content, social media, and competitive research.
