Reporting to the Sales Manager, this primarily office-based role supports field sales colleagues while developing dealer performance through account management, training support, and proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary contact for dealer partners, providing day-to-day support and guidance. Support field-based account managers with dealer engagement, sales activity, and account administration. Assist in achieving sales targets through pipeline management and opportunity follow-up. Coordinate and support dealer training on products, processes, and systems. Conduct regular outbound calls to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and activity updates within CRM systems. Support dealer onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives. Skills & Experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills. APA or CIP qualification a distinct advntage. Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities. Confident using CRM systems, data, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in sales support, account management, financial services, automotive, or dealer environments is desirable. Relevant financial services qualifications are advantageous, or willingness to work towards required professional certifications.
