Job Description
We are looking for an experienced employment lawyer who can advise on a wide range of daily operational employment law issues, as well as strategic and contentious matters. The successful candidate will have an impeccable technical record and be able to attract new business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise key clients on employment law matters, including daily operational issues and strategic and contentious matters.
* Play a vital role in the development and promotion of the Team through business development, networking, and profile raising activities.
* Work closely with colleagues in other offices to develop cross-border opportunities to support global clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A background in employment law (Irish qualified).
* A positive, flexible approach towards implementing new initiatives.
* Team-oriented and collegiate skills, with experience in mentoring, coaching, and supervising less-experienced team members.
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels.
