This Bookkeeper role will suit someone who wants to work from home and have a flexible schedule. You may however have to travel to the office in Galway from time to time.
You will manage the accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and payroll of one or more of our SME clients. We use the latest in web based technology like XERO, Hubdoc and Cloudpay among others. Knowledge of these systems is a definite plus but training will be provided to the right candidate. Experience gained in a busy practice and experience with dealing with Small and Medium clients is very desirable. The job can be carried out by the right candidate on a part-time of full-time basis.
