Lead Sales Growth Strategist
A highly strategic and results-driven leader is sought to drive continued growth in core product lines across existing markets, while leading sales, marketing, and customer service teams to new levels of performance.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial B2B markets, including distribution channels, and demonstrated success in managing multinational commercial teams, driving growth, and delivering results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Execute new market strategies in geographies and product lines outside of the core, either by acquisition, joint venture, or organically developed in line with product line strategy.
* Develop strategic programs both in Europe and globally that will grow markets and market share outside of today's current business level.
* Manage the core sales team through effective leadership and coaching.
* Report on the strategic function and development of sales, commercial, market expansion, and new products to senior management teams.
