Leadership Role in Youth Care Services
Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a leading non-profit homeless service provider to expand their team in Dublin.
As a Social Care Leader, you will lead and support a team of Social Care Workers and Caretakers, contributing to the delivery of safe, effective, and trauma-informed care. You will provide stability, protection, and meaningful interventions for young people facing complex challenges—and help them take the next step toward safety, wellbeing, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized Care and Placement Plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
* Promote and advocate for the rights, safety, and well-being of each young person in the service.
* Support young people to attend educational programs, training sessions, medical appointments, and clinical reviews.
* Organise and manage personal documents, information, and finances on behalf of young people as needed.
* Liaise with families, social workers, statutory bodies, and other relevant agencies.
* Participate in and contribute to regular case meetings and reviews regarding each young person's development.
* Engage in age-appropriate activities and therapeutic play to build trust and connection.
* Provide regular written and verbal progress reports to the Social Care Manager.
