What you'll be doing
Identify and develop new opportunities
Research and identify suitable locations and prospective partners
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
Establish relationships with potential contacts and key stakeholders
Own the acquisition process
Manage projects from first contact through to successful agreement completion
Guide stakeholders through the process and maintain regular communication
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales cycle
Negotiate and build partnerships
Lead discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
Build long-term relationships based on trust and partnership
Understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
Manage information and reporting
Maintain accurate records and activity updates using internal systems
Track progress and ensure data is consistently up to date
Support field activity when required
Attend site visits and meetings where necessary
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
What we're looking for
Fluent German language skills (C1+ level) with strong written and verbal communication
Basic English skills
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong organisation and time management skills
Detail-oriented and solution-focused approach
Previous sales, customer service, negotiation, or business development experience is an advantage but not essential
