Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing sales processes, analyzing market trends, and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to enhance performance and effectiveness.
* Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
* Support the Sales Team: Provide guidance on sales tools, systems, and processes to ensure seamless execution.
* Reporting and Forecasting: Manage weekly and monthly sales reporting needs, as well as forecast service area performance.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Experience: +5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
* Skills: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package, particularly Excel, with ability to manipulate and draw meaningful analysis from data. Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
