We're looking for a Admin Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client's team and support their daily facilities management operations.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all facilities-related queries.
Your main duties will include logging service requests, prioritizing them, and ensuring they're resolved promptly while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming requests through telephone, email, and online systems
Log and prioritize maintenance and service requests
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors
Keep everyone updated on the status of requests and planned maintenance
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with SLAs
Maintain accurate records of requests, completed work, and costs
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
Experience in facilities management, helpdesk, or a similar role
Familiarity with helpdesk or facilities management systems is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multiple task in a busy environment
