Your Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and arranging appointments
* Managing email queries and appointment requests
* Responding to client requests
* Filing and typing up reports
* Scheduling off-site clinics
* Supporting physician staff by representing physicians
* Providing personal assistant support to medical staff
* Maintaining office files and patient records
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
* Keep office equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience
* Customer service & verbal communication skills
* Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel et al)
* Organised with strong time management skills
* Good report writing skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong typing
* Business acumen
* Works well within a team environment
