We’re working with a leading Financial organisation who are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong 2nd and 3rd Line Support skills. Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across a range of technologies (hardware, software, networks, and cloud).
Troubleshoot escalated incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Support server, desktop, and application environments.
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Assist in project delivery, system upgrades, and deployments.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, fixes, and configurations.Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line IT support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
Familiarity with Helpdesk Software & Ticketing Systems
Exposure to virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or similar) is highly desirable.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.What’s on Offer
