A leading and prestigious Real Estate organisation is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team based in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with 1–3 years of experience who’s eager to take the next step in their career. You’ll work in a collaborative environment with exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and strong potential for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with monthly and year-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments)
* Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations (including client accounts)
* Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with management accounts
* Process AP/AR transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
* Prepare/update cash flow schedules and support VAT/PAYE filings
* Assist with payroll and audit preparation
* Contribute to internal financial controls and reporting
What You’ll Need:
* 1–3 years’ experience in a finance/accounting support role
* Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
* Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach
