Our organization is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Specialist to deliver high-quality IT support services. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide expert, on-site technical assistance to end-users, ensuring seamless operations and productivity.

* Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues through thorough troubleshooting and analysis.

* Collaborate with senior engineers on projects, providing support and escalating matters when necessary.

* Manage and resolve tickets within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), guaranteeing timely resolution and minimizing downtime.

* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the development of our knowledge base.
Requirements:

* Prior experience in a similar Service Delivery role, preferably at a Level 2 level.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

* Strong technical expertise in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.

* Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced service desk environment.
