Overview
WorldLink is an industry‑leading cross‑border payments solution that enables clients to execute cross‑border and cross‑currency payments with global access, integrated FX, and a range of payment methods. The role focuses on end‑to‑end product oversight and accountability for core product payout capabilities, collaborating with cluster and country product, functional partners, and driving strategic planning to ensure robust and future‑ready capabilities.
Responsibilities
Manage product oversight, development, enhancements, and strategy.
Innovate and evolve payment offerings to deliver best‑in‑class client solutions.
Analyze product effectiveness, market positioning, and competition; drive initiatives to maintain leadership.
Lead transformational change, process improvements, and operational optimisations.
Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external parties for positive outcomes.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, business and investment proposals, project estimates, and status reports.
Maintain strong risk and compliance focus; assess and manage product risks across regions and work streams; ensure timely escalation.
Drive commercial strategy to influence annual growth targets and long‑term projections.
Act as a product expert to support key client deals and foster strategic relationships.
Qualifications
Significant product ownership experience.
Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Ability to motivate, negotiate, and influence across cultures and regions.
Strategic mindset with a track record of executing business vision.
Intellectual curiosity and proactive identification of new opportunities.
Detail oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Experience working in fast‑moving, dynamic global teams.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Undergraduate degree (master’s in a business discipline preferred).
