Job Title: Site Operations Manager
This role is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
* Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks on site.
* Project Management: Collaborate with the project manager to plan, coordinate, and execute projects according to set timelines and budgets.
* Team Supervision: Lead and motivate site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
* Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
