Estimating Leadership Opportunity
A senior role within our office requires leadership skills to oversee the estimating department, providing strategic direction and guidance.
* Manage bids on residential development projects;
* Report directly to a Senior Manager;
This involves ensuring timely submissions of pricing work and engaging with external consultants to control design pricing. A strong team leader is required to drive our company forward.
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field; Proficient skills in sophisticated estimation software; Ability to lead a team effectively;
