Programme Manager - Day, Residential, Children's & Respite Services (Permanent, full-time post) We are looking for a candidate with the skills and experience necessary for the operational management and strategic development of person centred and dynamic services compliant with New Directions, HIQA and driven by best practice.
This is a critical leadership position, based in South County Dublin and the successful candidate will provide effective management support to our team of co-ordinators and supervisors and support the Director and Management Team regarding daily operations, compliance and strategic organisational development.
This post will be based across day and residential/ respite services for both children and adults.
The successful candidate must have: Third Level Qualification at level 8 or higher.
Minimum of three years management experience and the ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
Previous relevant experience of working with individuals with an intellectual disability.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of HIQA regulations and New Directions/ EASI Tool and all other relevant legislation as well as publications in the area of Intellectual Disability.
A proven track record in the delivery of person centred systems, services and supports.
Proven commitment to contemporary service delivery approaches including increased community access for service users.
Demonstrable skills and experience of staff support and development.
Demonstrate a flexible working approach that responds to the changing needs of a modern service.
