Job Title: Quality Training Support Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to provide expert support in the design, development, and implementation of training content and systems. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create learning solutions that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Creating and managing training materials, curricula, and learning plans
* Coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
* Analyzing training metrics to inform future program development
* Providing guidance on best practices for training delivery and evaluation
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and training development methodologies
* Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality assurance principles
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Qualifications:
* Train-the-Trainer certification
* Quality Assurance qualification
* Experience with SuccessFactors
