Warehouse Operative Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and upholding the highest standards of performance.
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure a safe and secure working environment while maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse.
* Provide outstanding customer service and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
* Verify that all deliveries are accurate to prevent any substandard or incorrect goods from being delivered to customers.
* Adhere to established Goods Receiving and Dispatching procedures to ensure seamless operations.
* Protect and safeguard Harvey Norman stock from damage or loss.
* Support the achievement of company goals and targets set by your manager.

Requirements and Experience:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification required.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric industry is advantageous.
* Forklift and picker certification can be beneficial for career advancement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) is desirable.
