Account Executive (DACH)

Overview:
We're seeking an ambitious, proactive and results-driven Account Executive to increase ADvendio's presence and growth in the DACH market. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for your sales cycle, the opportunity to excel in the advertising industry, to d build meaningful relationships and to do this at a company which is revolutionising the advertising industry with AI. Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting value creation for our prospective customers through your familiarity with the system, industry, as well as our use-cases and success stories.
* Describing the landscape of integrations which the ADvendio platform supports servers, DSP's /SSP's and ERP solutions).
* Managing the RFI/RFP process for your accounts, collaborate with technical, delivery, and other relevant teams to ensure that ADvendio provides comprehensive responses that meet or exceed customer requirements.
* Managing a sales pipeline to generate new regional business that meets or exceeds the annual target.
* Being to develop and execute strategic sales plans for the region, which identify growth opportunities, and are aligned with ABM.
* Following a structured sales process, from qualification, product presentation, price negotiation, and deal closure.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer engagement, visit reports, and activities within Salesforce CRM.
* Preparing and delivering customer-facing presentations and proposals that fully describe the ADvendio value proposition.
* Completing and hitting a regular cadence of outbound activities at ABM accounts to ensure strategic use of time, and positive pipeline development.
* Collaborating with the marketing and business development team members to fulfill campaign-driven activities for your territory, sharing insights and customer feedback when relevant.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Up to 3 years of business development and/or sales experience for SaaS business solutions.
* Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English and German.
* Good understanding of MEDDPICC based sales methodologies.
* Proven ability to find, nurture and close new business
* Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed expectations.
* Knowledge of advertising or Salesforce is a plus.
* Experience in using the Salesforce CRM system or Salesloft is a plus.
* You are a great communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
* You are proactive, a team player, and possess a strong drive and a positive mindset.
* The ability to travel is a must.
