Overview
Production Supervisor – Osborne is partnering with a leading label printing company in Dublin to recruit a Production Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a background in printing or manufacturing to oversee day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Plan, organise, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
* Monitor performance, set KPIs, and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Maintain high-quality standards in line with ISO/BRC requirements and industry best practices.
* Oversee stock control of raw materials and finished goods.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe workplace.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve operational goals.
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
About You
* Proven experience in a production management role, ideally within printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational targets.
* Knowledge of ISO/BRC standards is a distinct advantage.
