Our client, a reputable engineering firm based in Tipperary Town, is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team. This mid-level role involves managing the full spectrum of HR activities and supporting the firm's ongoing growth and development in a fully office-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
* Collaborate with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent development
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
* Support workforce planning and talent management within a technical environment
Skills, knowledge and attributes:
* Demonstrated HR experience, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or related technical sectors
* Solid knowledge of employment law and best HR practices
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
