 
        
        Key Responsibilities
This role involves producing monthly financial reports, performing RCT, revenue management, cash-flow analysis and reporting, accounts payable, credit control, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
Additionally, the role will require assisting the financial controller with ad-hoc finance duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and budgeting
 * Experience in the construction industry is not necessary but can be beneficial
 * Apart from a part qualification, ACCA/CIMA or similar certification is desirable but not mandatory
 * The ability to work effectively within a small team and take on additional responsibilities as needed
