Location: AbbeyAutoline Northern Ireland - Various Closing Date: Monday 13 Oct 2025 In support of our continued growth we are recruiting for Sales Advisors to join our Personal Lines team in AbbeyAutoline.
You will undergo a custom training programme to enable you to deliver our complete personal lines service to our customers by giving knowledgeable, tailored advice on our range of products, selling and cross selling these within company set sales targets and managed through various performance metrics.
You will assist customers with their queries to include mid-term adjustments and look after their renewals.
What you'll be doing: Via inbound and outbound call, selling and cross selling a range of personal lines insurance products within company set sales targets (individual and overall branch/company target) Providing the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention.
Giving advice to customers, explaining why a particular product or provider would best meet their demands and needs, and giving recommendations tailored to the their requirements.
Always ensuring best practice in line current legal and regulatory requirements What you need: GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
This may be waived in lieu of extensive related experience.
Demonstrable experience in selling motor and/or home insurance products.
Computer literate.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a variety of media.
