Our client, a leading tier-1 Irish main contractor are currently seeking a Senior EHS Advisor for a large (high-rise) building project in Dublin City.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company's EHS Management System on the project
2. Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers
3. Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports
4. Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
5. Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards
Requirements
6. Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
7. 8+ years' experience in health and safety roles
8. Previous construction experience preferred
9. Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
10. Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
