Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct all operational aspects of the branch to support profitability goals.
* Ensure proper staffing and direction of departments with emphasis on continuous improvement.
* Manage Customer Service at Branch to agreed targets.
* Monitor fleet availability and control, highlighting issues to Fleet Control Manager and/or Head of Regional Operations and Sales.
* Ensure additional sales are monitored and agreed targets are met.
* Liaise with necessary teams for ongoing training and improvements.
* Monitor damage and repairs to agreed targets.
* Oversee on-site valeting and meet auditing standards and monthly reporting.
