We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Driver Recruitment Team based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.Key Responsibilities and tasksAct as the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries including liaising with internal and external candidates.Manage the recruitment process from vacancy advert to hire status, for all non-management roles and support the recruiting manager in the shortlisting procedure by screening all applications against the agreed selection criteria.Advertise all vacancies on internal and external job boardsAdminister recruitment related documentation, such as interview documentation, new starter documents, and ensure all right to work documents are within the legal requirements to work in Ireland.Provide recruitment support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective mannerCollect, sort and respond to all incoming recruitment correspondenceSet up interviews and issue relevant correspondence to candidatesConfirm interviews with hiring manager and update calendar and room bookings as requiredFacilitate and prepare for recruitment assessment days for driver vacanciesPrepare and maintain related recruitment reports for weekly recruitment meetingBuild a relationship with our external medical team to take candidates through the pre-employment medical process.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersProvide regular feedback from stakeholders to the organisationWork alongside the HR department to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding and training of new startersAssist the HR department with all recruitment activityEssential RequirementsA minimum of two years' experience in a busy, time bound administrative role with high level of recruitmentExperience in dealing with candidates and organising interviews via telephone / emailKnowledge of recruitment procedures including fair employment and right to work requirementsThe successful candidate will be computer literate and also be proficient at MS Office.Knowledge of the requirements to support a candidate through the process to obtain their full D licence.Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all timesAn understanding of the Transport IndustryCompetencies, desirable traits or attributes:Ability to work autonomouslyDecision makerExcellent excel and pipeline managementGood communicatorClear and concise written skillsPositive attitude to safetyExcellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and at all levels;Excellent attention for detailAbility to operate as a team playerAbility to work well under pressureAbility to take accurate minutes of meetingsHighly organised, motivated and able to prioritise workloadAbility to use initiative and identify solutions when a problem or difficult situation arises;Ability to collate and interpret statistical dataNote:This job description is a guide only.
