Executive Personal Assistant – German-Speaking – Hybrid, Dublin
This is an excellent opportunity for German speakers in Dublin with experience in fast-paced environments and strong organisational skills. You will be joining a leading international business that operates at the forefront of its industry, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives.
What they're looking for:
1. Fluency in German and English (essential)
2. Proven Executive Assistant experience, ideally 3+ years supporting senior management
3. Excellent time management and multitasking skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft knowledge is an advantage
5. Reliable, resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
6. Full driving license required
Key responsibilities:
7. Provide high-level business support to Board/Senior Directors
8. Anticipate Directors' requirements and manage diaries in line with business priorities
9. Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
10. Plan meetings, events, and follow-up actions
11. Act as a key internal and external point of contact, managing queries professionally
12. Arrange travel and accommodation for Directors
13. Carry out financial reconciliation and general administrative duties
14. Process confidential and sensitive information with discretion
15. Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
